El aislante acústico PR 3,5 ADH es un complejo bicapa compuesto por una lámina pesada polimérica LAMIX 3,5 kg/m² y una fibra textil absorbente de 18 mm pegada a una de sus caras con adhesivo incorporado para una fácil aplicación.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Material indicado para la mejora del aislamiento acústico aplicado directamente sobre paredes de obra y forjados, como complemento de mejora en un sistema aislante.
En caso de sistemas completos (box in a box), su función también será la de desacoplamiento entre la estructura del edificio y el nuevo sistema aislante.
Las superficies deben estar completamente lisas, limpias y sin humedades.Revisar que la superficie a aplicar el amterial sea apta para la adhesión de material adhesivado, se recomienda realizar una prueba con anterioridad. Utilizar el adhesivo que incopora el material l material se adhiere con cola de contacto retirando el adhesivo antes del uso y aplicando a razón de 300 gr/m² en la fibra textil y 200 gr/m² en la superficie a tratar.
Antes de unir las partes, la cola debe reposar unos minutos hasta que la superficie esté seca (unos 15 minutos aproximadamente a temperatura ambiente de 20 ºC). Al colocar diferentes placas, es necesario no dejar espacios libres entre juntas y utilizar el solapado que incorpora el material con la finalidad de dejar la superficie de la capa pesada totalmente hermetizada.
En bajantes de PVC, utilizar bridas o precinto adhesivo para sellar todas las juntas.
